How we handle your information, the rights you have over it, and the terms that govern our work together. Plain English, no surprises.

This policy explains how GilbeyPink Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website or work with us. We are the data controller for the information we hold about you.
We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we genuinely need to respond to you and deliver our work. We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special category data unless you volunteer it for a specific, agreed purpose.
We use your information to:
We rely on consent (when you contact us or opt in), contract (to carry out work you've engaged us for), and our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business) — and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate — for example, our hosting, email, accounting, and analytics tools — and only as far as needed to do their job. Where required, these providers are bound by their own data protection terms.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law — financial records, for instance, are kept for six years. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete it.
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make it work and to understand how visitors use it. Essential cookies keep the site functioning; analytics cookies help us improve it. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings — though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email Jonny@Gilbeypink.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by GilbeyPink Ltd. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are set out separately in a proposal or written agreement. Where those terms conflict with anything here, the project agreement takes precedence. Our published initial campaign pricing (from £800) is a starting guide, not a fixed quote — every project is scoped individually.
Invoices are payable within the terms stated on each invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Final deliverables become yours once paid for in full. Until then, all work remains our property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Content on this website — text, design, and imagery — belongs to GilbeyPink Ltd and may not be reused without permission.
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
